Room 102 had a good view of the sunsets, reliable AC in the heat, and double-pane windows for a quiet environment. Clean accommodations meant a comfortable retreat after a long day.

A couple of issues arose, such as the flood on one side of the street limiting access by car, which seems to have been an ongoing problem for months. The building felt dated and underwhelming, lacking the charm suggested by previous reviews.

i had a wonderful stay, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake from my room and the convenience of being just a few steps away from the cathedral and local restaurants for all my dining needs.

The staff, especially Rudy at reception, was excellent in organizing our tour to Tikal, which made our experience hassle-free.

We experienced some discomfort due to a noisy group that disturbed our sleep late at night, highlighting a need for better noise management.

The room was spacious and spotless, with an excellent view of the lake. I especially loved the convenient location The staff was super helpful, especially with arranging my transport. I had a fantastic stay overall! 😊

The location is truly unbeatable, right by the scenic lake. My room was exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant space to return to. I loved relaxing on the nice deck on the third floor. it offered stunning views. Being so close to local restaurants and attractions was a fantastic bonus.

Unfortunately, noise from neighboring guests disrupted my sleep on more than one occasion.

My stay in the Triple Room with Lake View was wonderful! The room was really spacious, clean, and had an awesome balcony with lake views. The shower had great pressure and hot water was consistent, which I loved. It was also quite quiet at night, perfect for resting after exploring. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit thin—some areas were a little stiff. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

It was just an appropriate option for a short weekend trip in Flores with reasonable price. The upper deck was nearly private and offered amazing sunset views while I enjoyed a cold drink. Remember to bring your own snacks if you get hungry since the hotel doesn’t have dining options.
