Room 102 had a good view of the sunsets, reliable AC in the heat, and double-pane windows for a quiet environment. Clean accommodations meant a comfortable retreat after a long day.
A couple of issues arose, such as the flood on one side of the street limiting access by car, which seems to have been an ongoing problem for months. The building felt dated and underwhelming, lacking the charm suggested by previous reviews.

rooftop terrace, spacious clean rooms, balcony overlooking the lake
No complimentary purified water, needing to pay for basic hydration!!! The night shift staff could improve communication to avoid unnecessary disturbances like 3am knockings!!! Tour prices were unreasonably high compared to local options!!!

The staff, especially Rudy at reception, was excellent in organizing our tour to Tikal, which made our experience hassle-free.
We experienced some discomfort due to a noisy group that disturbed our sleep late at night, highlighting a need for better noise management.

great location but noisy neighbors
The location is truly unbeatable, right by the scenic lake. My room was exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant space to return to. I loved relaxing on the nice deck on the third floor. it offered stunning views. Being so close to local restaurants and attractions was a fantastic bonus.
Unfortunately, noise from neighboring guests disrupted my sleep on more than one occasion.

My stay in the Triple Room with Lake View was wonderful! The room was really spacious, clean, and had an awesome balcony with lake views. The shower had great pressure and hot water was consistent, which I loved. It was also quite quiet at night, perfect for resting after exploring. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit thin—some areas were a little stiff. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

It was just an appropriate option for a short weekend trip in Flores with reasonable price. The upper deck was nearly private and offered amazing sunset views while I enjoyed a cold drink. Remember to bring your own snacks if you get hungry since the hotel doesn’t have dining options.

It was just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Flores with good value for cost. I enjoyed the quiet of my room, allowing me to fully relax despite the heat outside. Keep in mind to bring your own water, as you'll need to purchase it otherwise.

I loved the stunning rooftop terrace for sunsets and the great view of the lake from my room. The room was tidy and very comfortable, featuring a large bathroom with consistent hot water and a powerful shower. Staff members treated me exceptionally well, quickly providing extra towels when I requested them. However, I faced a few inconveniences. The walls seemed thin, making it easy to hear noise from other guests. I also expected complimentary purified water, but I had to buy it instead. Despite a couple of late-night disturbances, I would still return for the great staff and beautiful setting.
